Paper tree on the wall

Tape a big paper tree to the wall, then let the children stick shapes on and move them.

You need

Steps

  1. Draw a big tree on the large paper and cut it out.
  2. Tape the tree low on a wall or a door, at the children's height.
  3. Cut out paper shapes, like circles, stars and leaves.
  4. Put a loop of tape or a bit of sticky tack on the back of each shape.
  5. Let the children stick the shapes on the tree, take them off and stick them on again.

Sticky tack is a choking hazard for small children: use tape with under-fours.
