The shake doesn’t draw an idea
Shake firmly once — the app waits a second between shakes. You can always tap “Give me an idea” instead. If the card stays empty, loosen a filter: some combinations have no match yet.
I’m out of rerolls
You get two rerolls a day; they come back at midnight, local time. Changing a filter and drawing again does not use a reroll.
Restoring Premium on a new phone
Open Settings › Premium › Restore purchases, signed in with the same App Store or Google Play account. Nothing is charged twice.
The purchase failed
Nothing was charged. Check your connection and try again in a moment; the store sometimes takes a minute to answer.
Changing the language
Snowlan follows your phone’s language (English, French, Spanish). Change it in the system settings so system dialogs match.
Erasing everything
Settings › Reset all data removes your children, home type and today’s rerolls. It cannot be undone.
