The shake doesn’t draw an idea
Shake firmly once — the app waits two seconds between shakes. You can always tap “Shake your phone — or tap here” instead. If no idea comes up, loosen a filter or change the situation: some combinations have no match yet.
Can I get another idea?
As often as you like: tap Another idea, or shake again. There is no daily limit, on the free version or on Premium. After three in a row, Snowlan asks what’s wrong, and the next idea takes your answer into account.
Restoring Premium on a new iPhone
Open Settings › Premium › Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple account. Nothing is charged twice. Premium and Restore purchases are iPhone-only for now; on Android the app is free and Premium is coming.
The purchase failed
Nothing was charged. Check your connection and try again in a moment; the store sometimes takes a minute to answer.
Changing the language
Snowlan follows your phone’s language (English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese, Japanese, Arabic, Traditional Chinese). Change it in the system settings so system dialogs match.
Erasing everything
Settings › Reset all data removes your children, your home type, your own activities, your planned days and your play history. It cannot be undone.
